I was checking for guidance on whether to go for PPF or Ceramic and saw Opti-Coat and sent them a query. I wasn't disappointed with my decision as they got back to me and explained the various options and even welcomed to their store to see the work being done and then decide on the final option. After meeting the team and listening to the various options at length we finally decided to go ahead with the package of full body PPF and Ceramic coating on glass and plastic. Nitin, Appu and team have done a top class job. They explained the process that they followed and also gave me advice on what I should and should not do for the first few days with regards to wash and care for the car. Yes this is expensive technology. But that was the only downside of my experience with Opticoat. Talking of the upside - 1. They take enough time to educate the customer with no rush to push the product to make a sale 2. Good understanding of the product and its application. Great workmanship. 3. I am completely satisfied with the results. Cleaning of car has become quite hassle free and quick. 4. I am just 3 months into my car. Immensely happy with its appearance. And just hoping that I keep feeling the same even after more months and years pass. I have a just a small piece of advice for people who are considering to go for it. This is for people who treat their car with utmost care like a family member and very particular about aesthetics. If it is just another mode of transport for you, you NEED NOT put so much money into it. You need to decide your priority. Value is a very individual perception!

Appointment management by Ms. Shamili and customer relation management by Mr. Amogh were professional. People who worked on the car have done a good job. No more swirls and minor damages repaired. It's one week and I would need many more weeks to comment on the opti coat pro plus product. For now my car looks shiny.
